I had great customer service up until they closed without notice this past week. Luckily, my bank says Im not liable for the charges that went through for the deposits on my furniture pieces, since I have not (and will never) receive them. I know that stores in the NC area have been closing all over the place, but it would be nice if they at least kept a basic homepage up and an 800 number for people to call who are left in the lurch having purchased furniture that they will now never receive.
