I took my wife here for an appointment at 10:00 a.m. this morning. We were told to arrive at 9:45 to fill out paperwork. After we arrived on time, we did not receive the paperwork until 10:23 a.m., and although there were only 3 other people in the waiting room, she wasn't called back until 12:20 p.m., 2hrs and 20 minutes after the appointment.
