Dr. Hoffman lacks follow-through on medication authorizations, even when I express my concerns to his Home health care provider, Ms. Julie. I have had to purchase my medication out-of-pocket for the last two prescription refills. Requesting and receiving medication refills is an excessive amount of wait time. Doctor Hoffman is the WORST DOCTOR EVER! My daughter was admitted to the hospital and she was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune condition. After leaving the hospital, we were told to go see Dr Feinstein but he wasn’t available but Dr Hoffman was available and now I know why. Nobody likes him. After 2 1/2 weeks of waiting we finally got an appointment. It was a nightmare.
