I purchased two pallets of sod from Thomas Hicks Nursery, one was fresh, the other had a lot of dirt between layers and very little dirt on the grass. About a fourth of the squares have died. I called and the lady who answered said there was no warranty on sod. I ordered over 100 other plants. The Encore Azaleas were fine as were the Dianella. However the African Iris had very crumbly root balls and several of them are dying.

Kathy makes this nursery a 5 star. Kathy is knowledgeable and friendly she goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and explains things in a way that makes you not feel Overwhelmed
