I had my first appt with Dr. Herschmiller and he observed I was handling my knee arthritis with a good program of injections and physical therapy. My second appt a few months later he did a complete about face and recommended I get knee replacement surgery. The knee imaging showed the same as before with little change, altho I was getting some pain that had always been helped by the injections.
