Great company and well represented by Dustin...personable, polite, professional, and fair...he and his company. He helped my mother out by fixing her old insert. This required him/them to find and harvest some old parts. It was all completed in a timely manner and well within their estimate. She is now a warm, cozy, and very satisfied customer...many thanks from our entire family to the Thomas 'family'!
Called up for a simple order of glass beads for our gas fireplace....she was rude and uneducated .. If ther was a zero star option that is what I would give
Answered calls and email's quickly, came out within a week to provide an estimate. Friendly and professional staff. We did not end up proceeding with the work so I cannot comment on that, but pleased with the service provided.
