These folks are great to work with! Good communication about our upcoming appointment. Dustin arrived right on time. He was very courteous and efficient. He diagnosed the problem with our Valor fireplace quickly and tested it thoroughly after replacing the faulty part. Left our living room looking just as neat as before he arrived. Thank you. I guess that's why we had to wait over 2 weeks to get him here, they're that good!

Good communication, timely service, fair costs. These guys answer the phone and follow up! We had an issue with our furnace, they scheduled us for a month out and gave us an estimate over the phone. Dustin arrived on the day and time scheduled, assessed the job, did repairs efficiently and sent us the bill on his way out the driveway.
