Good communication, timely service, fair costs. These guys answer the phone and follow up! We had an issue with our furnace, they scheduled us for a month out and gave us an estimate over the phone. Dustin arrived on the day and time scheduled, assessed the job, did repairs efficiently and sent us the bill on his way out the driveway. Great company and well represented by Dustin...personable, polite, professional, and fair...he and his company. He helped my mother out by fixing her old insert. This required him/them to find and harvest some old parts. It was all completed in a timely manner and well within their estimate. She is now a warm, cozy, and very satisfied customer...many thanks from our entire family to the Thomas 'family'!
Called up for a simple order of glass beads for our gas fireplace....she was rude and uneducated .. If ther was a zero star option that is what I would give
