Thomas Heating and Cooling themselves are OK. Prompt, priced fair and did a good job. However, while up in my garage, one of his employees put a hole in my ceiling. I have been promised for nearly 4 months a friend of his would come out and fix it. I am still waiting to this day. When we call for an update, calls either get ignored, or we are told the same old story that he will find out what is going on. Still have a hole in my ceiling, still waiting on his "friend" to fix it. Looking into my next steps.

Great customer experience. They were out here within 20 minutes of my call and had the hvac fixed within 20 minutes. very reasonable price.

We called Thomas Heating and Cooling about an issue we were having with our AC. They came out immediately and very quickly diagnosed the problem. We also asked about the possibility of installing a mini-split system in the master bedroom and were given a ballpark quote. It took several days for the system to arrive and when the Thomas crew came for the installation, they were extremely polite and pleasant, hard working men.
