Highly recommend! Justin came out and fixed my AC issues i’ve been having for MONTHS in under an hour (also during the week it’s supposed to be almost 100 and he was still able to make an appointment for me on the same day my landlord called! wow!!). Ryan Thomas’s company put in a zoned heat pump system in our brand new build. They clearly didn’t know how to install zoned systems. Within a couple of weeks of moving in we started having problems. Ryan was called out by the builder. He refused to even speak to me as the owner which was very awkward and he acted angry he had to come at all. We don't normally write reviews, but we can't say enough good things about Thomas Heating and Cooling. Justin is extremely personable and easy to work with. He knows his stuff and is willing to go the extra mile and explain everything in detail. He's very fast to respond and just as quick to make a visit. We have used Justin three different times when dealing with our 30 year old AC unit. He is always willing to get us up and running and doesn't try to sell us a new unit. Very pleased with the service we received. Justin diagnosed the issue with our furnace quickly, repaired the problem and took time to answer all of our questions. The cost of the service call was very reasonable as well. We’ve tried other companies in town, but we’ll be using this one from now on!
Justin is highly knowledgeable and will sit down with you and explain everything in a fashion that you understand. Because let’s be honest, you and I don’t know anything about HVAC. My wife and I have called him a few times since we purchased our home and he has been a godsend. He will be upfront and honest on what you need and do not need.
