Highly recommend! Justin came out and fixed my AC issues i’ve been having for MONTHS in under an hour (also during the week it’s supposed to be almost 100 and he was still able to make an appointment for me on the same day my landlord called! wow!!). He was so kind and explained everything very well! Validated my complaints/systems problems and helped to FINALLY get my complex to fix the issue. Ryan Thomas’s company put in a zoned heat pump system in our brand new build. They clearly didn’t know how to install zoned systems. Within a couple of weeks of moving in we started having problems. Ryan was called out by the builder. He refused to even speak to me as the owner which was very awkward and he acted angry he had to come at all. He then advised that we should use fans in the summer and space heaters in the winter to create our zoned environment. We don't normally write reviews, but we can't say enough good things about Thomas Heating and Cooling. Justin is extremely personable and easy to work with. He knows his stuff and is willing to go the extra mile and explain everything in detail. He's very fast to respond and just as quick to make a visit. We have used Justin three different times when dealing with our 30 year old AC unit. He is always willing to get us up and running and doesn't try to sell us a new unit. Very pleased with the service we received. Justin diagnosed the issue with our furnace quickly, repaired the problem and took time to answer all of our questions. The cost of the service call was very reasonable as well. We’ve tried other companies in town, but we’ll be using this one from now on!

I’ve used Thomas Heating & Cooling for the last two service appointments I’ve had. When it came time to replace my system there was no one else I considered calling. Justin and his team were able get my entire system replaced quickly and with minimal disruption. They were great about keeping me informed throughout the process and answering any questions I had.
