Had them diagnose a problem with three year old ac unit for my home warranty claim. Because there was a manf warranty, the home warranty will not cover the fix. So I needed Thomas to submit to Goodman for manf warranty. They refused because the are a carrier dealer. Now I have to pay another technician to come out and diagnose and submit manf warranty. We have had nothing but excellent service with Thomas Heating and Air. Each time we have needed help they were at the house very quick and had us up and going in no time. Gerry is very knowledgeable and always looks to help not just sell you a new AC unit. Of course when the time came he got the new unit installed quickly. It’s hard to find contractors that are trustworthy. Will always call THA for all our ac needs.

Gary came out and was amazing! He found the problem quick and explained exactly what was wrong and fixed our heater in less than 20 mins. This company has my highest recommendations!!!!! Wonderful customer service!!!!
