Only a 1 star because 0 Stars is not available, if your home warranty refers him ask for another company. Sounds like a knowledgeable technician but horrible service. Your better off YouTubing how to do thing yourself.
My ac stopped working unexpectedly and my parents live with me. My Dad has Parkinson's with Alzheimer's with dementia and uses oxygen. I explained this and they were out the very next morning. It gave me chills of the empathy that I received on the phone. I am grateful Thank you for being so professional and punctual and explaining happened I appreciate you not leaving ensuring the ac was running!
So unprofessional He walked off halfway through the job without finishing just because he got frustrated. Now my 88 year old grandmother is going even longer without a/c all because of some tiny drama.
Not worth the time to call them. No call backs no help whatsoever! Temperature in the upper 90’s and 100 each day yet no call when parts are in or when job will be started! This is poor service and very unprofessional!
We got the run around from this HVAC service....twice!! We finally had to contact our home warranty company to demand a different HVAC service technician. Then the new technician got us up and running within 45 minutes of arriving...after waiting 2 months for a part that apparently was never even needed in the first place! The part was ordered...twice...but was told the wrong part was sent...twice. A part my system didn't even need!! Come on...ridiculous!
