Almost impossible to get an appointment within 3 months for the doctor. When I responded that I could not wait that long... I ask to be worked in (when I had a referral order for Dr Stover, and was told that that would be impossible. I was then told he is in the walk in clinic on Tuesdays. When I arrived and was taken in for the initial eval I was told he doesn't see the people that walk in usually. The Dr didn't spend 2 mins w me. He became annoyed when I asked questions. He wouldn't order X-rays. He told me to take Aleve. Didn't care at all about my pain. He wouldn't allow me to speak. Completely dismissive and careless.

2 stars because the doctor was good, the rest of the experience was sub par. First I get there and they tell me I need a disc of my XRays, now I understand it is the fault of the place I went for the referral, as they neglected to give me that disc, however, with limited mobility due to my injury, it was very frustrating to have to leave, drive to the other office, wait for the disc, and drive back. In 2024 I feel like there are roughly a million better ways to transmit data. The doctor told me to not worry about taking note... read more
