I am writing for a patient who is very frustrated. Very, very poor follow through in this practice. You might call several times and never get a call back. Dr. McGreen was unable to complete the colonoscopy TWICE because his scope wasn't "long enough" or some ridiculous excuse that I've never heard in 30 years of medical practice. Patient was referred for a virtual colonoscopy and despite multiple phone calls in several weeks the referral STILL hasn't been sent.
