Dr. Burnstine is caring, efficient, thoroughly knowledgeable of and how to treat conditions of essential tremor and walking gait. I have been his patient for years.
I felt like he was very thorough and is willing to do what is needed to pursue my symptoms. He couldn't access my test results online, so he went to the hospital and called me that evening. He has a calming manner that put my mind at ease. I believe that he will do his best to get at the cause and resolve my issues.
Dr. Burnstine has the insight and instincts that only a true professional can attain over decades of experience. He’s brilliant, but networks with field peers for help with tough cases as he did with mine. I’ve seen him exclusively for my rare disease over the past decade and know I’ve been spared a lot of heartache, headache and time, thanks to him. He’s 100% no nonsense, kind of exactly what you’d want in a neurologist. I trust him with my brain and now, my with family.
Dr. Burnstine was clearly extremely knowledgeable about stroke prognosis for my mother. He was warm, calmly matter-of-fact, patient, and had a dry sense of humor. His demeanor put my mother at ease, inspired hope, and motivated her to follow through on recommendations.
Dr. Burnstine is one of the most caring, patient and best physicians that I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
In my quest in searching for a new Neurologist I chose Dr. Burnstine based on his Healthgrade reviews. However, I did not return to Dr. Burnstine because he didn't really listen to me thoroughly. I have been diagnosed with severe migraines since I was 13 years old (I am 53) and have been treated by a few local doctors and the very reputable MAYO Clinic and have always been diagnosed with same. Dr. Burnstine said they were tension headaches and didn't listen to my diagnoses from other.
Knowledge and 100% all business - 100% of the time. He fixes tough cases - period.
