It was about twelve years ago and still live with my deformity because of this doctor. I fell on ice and broke my wrist. I had to wait three days and he was the doctor that I was referred to. When he came in the office he said he had a guy who had both wrists broken and one was operated on and one set and that in the end there was no difference. I said really. Absolutely do not recommend. I completely shattered my bone in my toe and it is permanently unable to move. This doctor told me to “stop faking it” when i said i couldn’t move it, while he FORCED my toe down. It was really painful and he told me “cmon now, you know that doesn’t hurt. Stop pretending.” He told me there was nothing he could do for me and to never come back. Awful experience. Went to another doctor to get a second opinion and turned out i need surgery.
Horrible communication skills with patients. Has one phrase that he says back to everything. “It takes time.” Would not refer anybody to this doctor. Wish we can switch doctors. Doesn’t explain any process of care. Blows off questions
My elderly mother to see Dr Thomas today and he was very nice took the time to explain everything and was very attentive tho mom. We highly recommend.
