Steer clear of this place. Nasty, lazy property manager named Brenda. Construction hell, gridlock traffic, unkempt building, rat problem, Board of Trustees is awful, especially Ann O'Malley who is disliked by all residents and she stole the re-election --- she only cares about her ego ---- an old & bitter person.....doesn't care @ residents and never responds to owners. NEW * * * * $11.3 million assessment * * *. Huge condo fees. Building is falling apart. Rodent problem. Management is an utter failure. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
Old & poorly maintained building. Always repairs = inconvenient & loud & annoying. Never a peaceful moment here = construction, sirens, honking cars, traffic, etc. Used to be charming, now a mess. Very unpopular building manager. Money best spent elsewhere! Who wants a 35 year old crumbling building that needs a FULL overhaul while you LIVE here?? No, thanks. We sold and got out before huge $$$ assessment!
Nothing wrong with staff or the apartment itself but the ongoing construction / gut renovation at the Cambridgeside Galleria Mall has made this place completely unlivable. LOUD construction every single day starting at 7am waking me up with the sound of trucks backing up and clanking metal. The sound cuts right through my ear plugs since it’s less than a football field away in distance.
