Worst website. 2 factor security never comes through and the only way to make it work is to try the next day. I'm trying to pay you fools! I've called in to CS and they're no help either. If I wasn't trapped with Guild I'd happily go to a different lender.

Horrible customer service. They run your credit and then never get back to you. I imagine. They pick and choose who gets more attention depending on what mortgage is going to make them the most amount of money. Thought I was working with Emilee Macomber and Tom Sullivan. Takes weeks to get a response to simple questions, and sometimes you don't get a response at all. Told Tom to pull my application and that I'm done working with them. First I want to say Jeff is a Rockstar for real and his team as well right from the start he got to work to get the deal done kept in contact was straight forward about everything and was awesome the whole way through this was me and my wife's first house and he made it less of a headache thanks so much Jeff we recommend everyone ask for Jeff he will get it done

Terrible customer service from Summer who couldn't help me with a payment over the phone, blaming Chase. After a calling the bank, they told me that the card was perfectly fine on their end. Called Guild mortgage payments again and Hike had no problem doing the payment with my checking account. Just waisted an hour of my time.
