Dr. Dallman and his ENTIRE staff and so professional, They do not delay anything they can do today for tomorrow. The Service they provide to their patient is like no other. When I go in to the office I feel EACH and EVERY Staff member has my best interest at heart. Dr. Dallman is Exceptional. Highly recommended.
Very thorough and professional Doctor.. Doesn't take Medicare but has special pricing for Medicare patients. Well worth it . My wife ,a retired nurse and I , a retired pharmacist, like him.
My wife and I have received many years of great care from him. Bullhead City is a better place because of Doctor Dallman and the medical professionals in his office.
Dr. Dallman is very knowledgeable and understanding physician. I can honestly say that I would not be alive today if it wasnt for him. Plus he is always ready to make me laugh. He really cares and I dont ever plan to change doctors. Thank you Dr. Dallman
