I have been dealing with Thomas and Galbrath for many years. All of a sudden, they have there are people working from home they do the scheduling. This has not worked out for me. These people work from home and do not want to be inconvenienced in anyway. They refused to call me as I have asked schedule service. Instead, it is much easier for them to send a form email to me telling me, no demanding, that I called them. This was not our agreement.
