True rating way below zero. Worst dentist I’ve ever had. Royally messed up crafting upper dentures. All out of whack with no bite connection at all after a year of mis-procedures, lots of pain and thousands of dollars. Schell and his staff actually had the nerve to clap and cheer as I left their office gagging on the bulky apparatus. Had to start all over with another dentist. We’re still thinking on suing them for malpractice, cost, pain, suffering and elder abuse. Bob & Carol B. 😡😡

Received a bill in the mail for $7 with a handwritten note that said "Please pay you bill to avoid collections :)". Yes, it really included a smiley face. Extremely professional.. I had NEVER gotten a bill before. Obviously I would have just paid the $7. When I called, I asked if it was common practice, (after being put on hold) her reply was that it was from last spring. She said I would have gotten statements, this is the first letter... Statements to WHERE? How? I am not even sure what it was for since I only had a cleani... read more

Great dentist. They’re always on time or early, everyone is friendly and likable, really great place.

I would say that they do good work and I liked my hygienist, but insurance and billing was a nightmare. They said the took our insurance, but what the should of said is that they would bill our insurance. Between me and my wife, it cost us over $700, out of pocket, to get set up as a new patient and just cleanings!
