I booked this appointment only after confirming that Workers’ Compensation was accepted and was again told this during my visit. Unfortunately, the prescription process was very disorganized, resulting in multiple days of back-and-forth between the office, the pharmacy, and Workers’ Comp. After nearly a week, I was then informed that Workers Compensation is not accepted, which directly contradicts what I was told from the start. Clearer communication would have prevented a lot of unnecessary stress and delays in care.

This office is honestly ridiculous. I was referred to see a psychiatrist by my PCP after multiple medical assessments for ADHD, and I booked to see a practitioner working there under my insurance ( supposedly ). She's a lovely lady who heard my concerns and prescribed me medication that helped with much of the complications and dysfunction I was experiencing while studying for school. I used to love this office for my PCP because I was able to get serviced quickly and had no insurance issues, unlike other offices. I dont know what’s happened in the last year but I’ve gotten a $300 bill for lab work on my annual checkups, which insurance informed me was because it was not properly coded to them. Excellent service. The staff is very nice. Doctor Thomas O'brien listens to your health concerns and offer great advice. Excellent service

Dr. O'Brien is professional and sees his patients promptly in a clean office. He explains concepts well to his patients and overall, I appreciated the time he spent with me in the office. However, I have several reservations about his practice. The main problem I had is that although he did prescribe appropriate medication for my primary medical complaint, he recommended two over the counter, unregulated supplements to me for hair loss, even though I did not bring up hair loss as a complaint and my hair loss is minor.
