The Dr had a great bedside manner at my appt and he was easy to talk to. But getting back to me about my CT results was not great I was told by the staff it could take up to an additional week AFTER they receive the results to get a call back to explain the CT results. I had to call and ask for a call back with the results. Long wait time on the phone (over 23 min) to make or change an appt and the staff that handles appt is not the best. Dr. Harrington has been my doctor for over twenty years. Always has had the time to explain any problems and solutions that are occurring with me.
