Dr Folk is a wonderful cardiologist. Knowledgeable, good bedside manner. The problem I have is with the rest of the staff. About 3 years ago, I checked in a waited in the waiting area. After 40 minutes I asked if I was going to be seen. They stated I had yet to check in. Today, I want to my appointment and was told that I canceled it via automated response. I haven't received a text message from them since my previous appointment. This is twice now. I give Dr Folk 5 starts and the rest of the staff a 0.
Visit with him feels rushed. Took him all of 5 minutes for the visit without giving explanation of what is going on.
Dr Folk is a awesome Dr, that truly listens and cares.
Knows what he is doing but also listens to his patient's
