I am really pleased with Dr. Folk. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He took as much time as I needed to understand what was going on. He was very personable as well. Dr. Folk and the staff all get 5 stars. I will say the phone system at the offices is very frustrating. It took 40 minutes to get a real person for an insurance question. The system gets 0 stars.

Dr. Folk is very attentive and has wonderful bedside manner. Amy is also amazing and kind. I had a not so pleasant experience with Janie (I think that was her name). Her bedside manner was lacking and made me feel as though I was an annoyance. Overall, my experience was very pleasant.
