I had my hip done last Aug .. I had been turned down by 2 other Doctors before I found Dr Cheslik When I got to his exam room there was A picture of a parachutist on the wall . This is my guy. I have a shatered hip from my navy days with navy hardware. Mad a new hip difficult job. Doc says ,I can do that with a robot.. Let's go. 6 weeks later im jumping out of that old plane But I have a new hip. Thanks Doc. See ya on the next one. Matin Shuler
When you need a hip joint replaced. Always get both a new socket and a new titanium post. This surgury only cuts the skin. It does not cut muscle or tendon. Walk immediately after you wake up. If you only get the post, the operation cuts muscle and tendon and months to recover.
Dr. Charlie represents what is great about doctors. Extremely knowledgeable, takes time with his patients to listen to their experiences, and creates a clear plan for medical treatment. He alleviated all of our fears about a total knee replacement. Surgery was smooth and an easy recovery was achieved.
I was scheduled for a knee replacement but had quite a few other medical problems in the last 2 years and wasn’t in a good place to have major surgery and rehab. Dr. Cheslik actually listen to me and agreed that I had had enough for now and we would try gel injections. It took 3 to 4 weeks to see much of a difference, but wow. The change has been amazing.
