I visited Dr. Bening's clinic February this year. I was about to give 5 stars for Dr. Bening. He is a wonderful doctor. However, his office sent my lab work to out of network Pathology office. Both the insurance company and the provider do not seem to cooperate at all. I don't even know how many times I had to call both of them. I am still struggling paying this bill. I recommend other patients, whether all other providers working with his team are in your insurance network or not before you get any kind medical service.

My husband as had 2 hernia repairs from Dr. Bening. He would have been so much better off if he hadn’t had the first surgery. I totally feel that surgery was recommended unnecessarily the first time. The first surgery was done at Seton. Everything went well and the scar can’t even be seen. However, his hernia just moved up and it appears his abdominal wall was weakened by the surgery.
