Fitness center is used a lot for physical therapy and caters to seniors. Older equipment but well maintained and plentiful. Busiest times are when the cardiac patients come in. Nice to have a pool for aqua fitness.
Everyone is so friendly and it makes me want to go workout. You are welcomed as family. Only issue is finding a parking spot sometimes at peak times.
Everyone was amazing! Definitely recommend!!
