Stay away!!! No contract. Nasty surprises with price creep, all prefaced with the sales person claiming the increases were due to his recent employment with the company and lack of knowledge about company policy. He said his boss told him either folks want a fence or they don't, too bad if they don't like the undisclosed increases. In addition, substandard materials were used and removal and replacement carried out grudgingly.
