Honest, straightforward and very fair in his pricing. He fixed a couple cracks and buried/extended my downspouts. Works by himself and does quality work. Another big company quoted me over double for a full system I didn’t even need. He may be booked out a few days, but it’s a reflection of the quality he delivers. Prompt service and thorough evaluation of our problem. Fixed a crack in our foundation that was leaking into the basement and gave us good advice on reducing basement humidity moving forward.
I called Thomas Family Waterproofing because water had been coming into my basement. I had all the usual basement waterproofing names come out and give us quotes. They would often fail to answer questions we had. John came out and explained to us exactly what was going on, why, and why we didn't need an interior drain tile system but rather an exterior French drain. John was fantastic! He came out same day to discuss our buried gutter downspouts that were overflowing. He helped us locate the existing grates (under 3-4” of grass) and saved us $800 in work. Cannot be more pleased with his service! Thanks John!
John was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, explain options and why he would or wouldn't recommend them, and did not try to push unnecessary expensive solutions. I will definitely call him again if needed and would highly recommend his service.
