I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience deserved one! After doing extensive research on waterproofing companies, I decided to contact Thomas Family Waterproofing in Kalamazoo. I had a number of questions about moisture and possible water intrusion in my basement, and Thomas personally called me back within just a couple of hours. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me, patiently listening to my concerns, answering every question I had, and explaining things in a way that was easy to understand. What... read more

Honest, straightforward and very fair in his pricing. He fixed a couple cracks and buried/extended my downspouts. Works by himself and does quality work. Another big company quoted me over double for a full system I didn’t even need. He may be booked out a few days, but it’s a reflection of the quality he delivers. Glad I went with Thomas Family Waterproofing

Prompt service and thorough evaluation of our problem. Fixed a crack in our foundation that was leaking into the basement and gave us good advice on reducing basement humidity moving forward.

He charged NOTHING for this advice and provided some recommendations on who could do the project. Fast forward to today and we had the biggest rain I've ever see... read more

John was fantastic! He came out same day to discuss our buried gutter downspouts that were overflowing. He helped us locate the existing grates (under 3-4” of grass) and saved us $800 in work. Cannot be more pleased with his service! Thanks John!
