Dr. Michael has a very caring demeanor. It took him less than 4 minutes to remove a piece of wax and small plastic object from one ear. One of the best ENT's in Marin County.
Dr. Shapiro is the salt of the earth. Incredibly kind, gentle, understanding, and meticulous. Could not recommend him more highly.
The minute I called and the first meeting/ this office is stellar. The manager at the front desk is absolutely a lovely and efficient person! The doctor is the best with fabulous bed side manners. I love this office and staff!!
