I am 79 and have had a lot of Drs. My husband was a builder and we were never in one place over 5 years. Dr. Thomas Knisley is the best Dr. I have ever had.

i and my family were patients at Carilion clinic in Tazewell for almost 2 years now that's 4 patients all 4 are looking for new doctors this doctor dr. thomas f. knisely refused to refill meds and has in the recent past has withheld refills for several months once telling me to double my 3 times a day medication apparently this doctor is taking the place of several other np's and 1 other doctor the clinic its self has taken the position that 1 doc can see many more patients getting them in and out the door faster they themse... read more
Dr. Knisely made the transition from my previous physician to a new (and unknown to me) one so easy. I have many serious chronic illnesses so it was a great Concern of mine. He is knowledgeable, Kind and patient. I really appreciate him!
