Dr Kelly takes the time to discuss my health issues - as a patient who has had to deal with Lymes disease several times, I am pleased that Dr Kelly follows up with tests to catch any signs of organ damage attributed to Lymes - in addition, during a yearly examination, Dr Kelly was able to find an abnormality that led me to go further to my Oncologist who was able to successfully treat an early onset of prostate cancer - I would highly recommend Dr. Kelly - James Osmun
In Sussex County it is a challenge to find capable, caring PCP. Fortunately for me I found Dr Thomas Kelly at Bay Health in Lewes. He is quite capable, has diagnosed number of things missed by others, he reviews my file before appointments, he is patient friendly. He deserves 5 stars.
