By far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. The hygienist, Denise, was so warm and completely put me at ease (it had been a really long time since I had even gone to a dentist and I was a bit anxious). She was also clearly an expert at what she does - doing a comprehensive and thorough job. My teeth have never looked nicer. My last dentist destroyed my mouth. When I came to Dr Cingel with broken dentures, a broken heart and implants that needed skin grafts. From the very first visit I was treated with kindness and respect. They gave me a very reasonable quote with a side of great knowledge, clear explanation and what was needed to be done. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
Beware this practice. The office put me on a wait list, then called me for an appointment a few months later. Since I had a recent cleaning, I was told that I should wait until the next cleaning was due and that I would be called at that time. When I didn't hear from them I called and was told that I was back on their waiting list and that an appointment would not be available for another six months.
