I was scammed out of my life's savings in 2022 and was told by many attorneys that I would never recover a penny. And then I was referred to Tom. Update to address Tom's dishonest response: We asked Tom to represent us because we thought we could trust him since we had known him for over a decade. He is lying about working for free. The contract he offered us (and written by him) paid him a hefty contingency based on his success, as is very common in the practice of this type of law.
