Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this practice at all. The staff have no customer service skills. They are not polite or professional. One staff member proceeded to tell me other patients names in the office to see if I was related to them because we shared the same last name. Dr Patel treats you as if he doesn't want to be bothered unless something is seriously wrong. I arrived at 2:15 for a 2:50 appointment. There were about 30 people in the multiple waiting rooms. I was called back after 4:00 by a technician for preliminary workup. I was sent back to the waiting room and finally saw the doctor around 5:15. He spent about 5 minutes with me. This business model is what I would expect socialized dentistry to look like. I will never go back. Terrible.....to them it's all about the almighty dollar.......damn the patients....

I would never recommend Thomas eye group. I have intermittent vision issues in my left eye. I have been to a neurologist and heart dr. Both pre forming extensive testing. Both withe same conclusion. It’s in your eyes. I was recommended Thomas eye group. I could not believe the uncaring and unprofessional treatment i received. 2 test were performed by an assistant. Dr Berman came in. He never looked at my eyes. He checked nothing. He said you are having an eye migraine when this happens. Said he could send me somewhere else b... read more

The doctors and staff are great. They do need help in the scheduling department. I have been going to them for several years and had some long waits. The last 2 out of 3 visits I waited 2 1/2 one visit and 2 hours and 40 minutes my last visit. They did the various test etc. but I was waiting to see the doctor and never did, I left when I heard another patient tell one of the technicians he had been there 4 hours!

I visited the East Cobb/Marietta office in January 2023. I needed new contacts and to upgrade my present glasses. The office was hectic and unprofessional compared to my last optometrist visit at another group. The eye photograph turned out to have something on the lens so they had to do it again. The Dr. perscribed the same perscription in a different 'better' brand of contacts - but when I put them on I could not see what I was able to see in the bosch contacts. Dr. Berland seemed nice the day of my daughter’s surgery, but today he was a worthless butthole. His staffers told us we needed to book our follow up appointment for today, because it was the last one for the year despite Dr. Berland saying to wait for 3 months. He decided to get rude with us as if it were our fault. Your staff told us otherwise, don’t be an ass to you patients because your staff told us to book this follow up appointment. Very disappointing, very poor follow up and service. They are very unreliable.
