I had such a pleasant visit at the Thomas Eye Group today! As a new patient, I was happy to see the well kept lobby/facility, friendly and high-quality employees (receptionist, technician, and optometrist) and receive great service! Elijah the technician and Dr. Mellon were great. Glad I switched over to this practice!
Everything went superbly! From the moment I entered the City Springs Thomas Eye Group I was greeted with smiles from the manager, Katy! Elijah , the ophthalmic tech went above and beyond to make me comfortable during all the pre-testing. Dr. Gottlieb gave me a thorough complete eye exam and eased my slight worries about my floaters. He explained everything in a very comforting and professional manner! Highly recommend City Springs Thomas Eye Group!

Thomas Eye group-City springs location did a wonderful job my last two years of visiting this location. The staff is great and very friendly. My eye exam was a great experience as well seeing Dr Gottlieb. This is a Vsp Premier edge location so my benefits go so much further here.I truly recommend them if you are in the area or just want the best service
