Nice RV/Mobile home park. Convenient to South KC. Convenient water/sewer/electric hookups with some tree'd lots.
Took $70 for application fees and 4 days later sent an email denying us with no reasoning despite proof of employment, proof of having a nice and newer model, and having no criminal background.
False advertisement! Quality and affordable for families and seniors is a total lie! Requiring a monthly income way above what someone makes is not affordability its disgusting. And on top of it, not to be able to talk to the new owners because they dont want their information out to the public is bad business. I've driven through here last summer and it was trashy and unkempt, lots of cats everywhere.
