Looking for spot to park for 6 months. Really disappointed with trash & general run down appearance.
I honestly don’t know how anyone can rate this place less than 5 stars. I lived here for about 4 months and no complaints. There is plenty of parking for more than one vehicle, there is water and sewage hook ups for travel trailers, they give you a trash bin and the monthly rent is very very reasonable. I had amazing neighbors who helped me tremendously and the staff was amazing and very informative. Thank you Thomas Estates for making my stay more than welcome. If I am ever in the area I will definitely reach out.
