I don't want to waste any more of my time so I'll keep it short. Install was early March for a goodwe battery. I am still having issues 7 months later with the battery constantly shutting down. I have had issues since day one. Hopefully be fixed tomorrow. I could go through all the different issues but I'll leave for another time if this is not fixed.

We recently used Thomas Electrical and Solar to install our solar battery, as well as complete a few other electrical jobs around the house, and were really happy with the whole experience. At the beginning Vince was excellent to deal with, he surely knows solar and walked us through the process. The crew that installed the panels left us very impressed by their professionalism and their cleanliness and respect for our home. I wanted a solar system not to suit my past power bills but a system that suits the size of house. I got what i asked for 100 percent Having 20 panels removed then to add another 42 panels on my roof the outlook of the job was well done. The old 240-volt inverter was removed then to add a new 3 phase inverter and a 25.6 KWH battery. The job was not small, but the team worked through it. While there were a couple of delays due to weather, the system was installed and the crew were very helpful in helping me with the App on the phone. At all times the were professional and very capable. If you need a battery or solar I would highly recommend them.
