I love Dr Freundlich. He listens patiently to my issues and is non judgmental. His staff up front always treats me with respect and kindness. Same with Dr. Tom treats me with respect and compassion. I feel blessed to have found them.

Terrible. At first doctor very kind. Office changing over to Ohio health. Had my meds so screwed up that I called at least once a week because I was not getting them. Teresa accused me of cussing at her when I only said I was tired of being in " pharmacy hell, bounced around not getting meds". I was hung up on. Called back and receptionist hung up on me because I was upset from being hung up on prior! I did not curse at either of them! Had been put through hell for weeks over medication refills. Went over meds with doctor wh... read more
