Our experience was excellent. The staff at Thomas Edison are remarkably prompt, very attentive and care deeply about customer satisfaction. Jason was friendly, punctual, very skillful and handled all the challenges of the old electrical system in the house with great understanding. It is truly a pleasure to work with Jason and the Thomas Edison staff. Almost like out of a bygone, you feel like you are the most important client.

Service person, Hector diagnosed problem and explained the repair needed. He gave us three options with regard to the cost of degrees of repair. He was able to get service charge waived Which we appreciated . He was curteous, respectful and informative .

The electrician Edi was professional and competent. He arrived when he said that he would and came back promptly to finish the installation after we finished patching sheet rock. He was a pleasure to work with.

Jacob came out on an emergency basis and quickly diagnosed the problem while laying out a variety of options. He was very clear in his communication and helpful in his description. Work was completed quickly and efficiently and they were very respectful of my home. Fantastic service from the whole team!
