First of all, everything we worked with was nice and polite, BUT, they charged us a $50 dispatch fee, totally normal, no big deal. When they came out, they tried to charge a $400 diagnostic fee. Mind you, this was not mentioned when I was making and confirming my appointment, and I did describe the issue we were having (outlets not working in the garage). We requested Mauricio because he explains everything we need so well. He also does a complete job research our weird 101 year old house issues. Old house owners really have a doubly hard time because one never knows what previous owners have done or had done for them. Thank you Mauricio

Jimmy L was the consummate professional, talked me through options, did a thorough job making sure everything was safe and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely being using Thomas Edison Electric for all future electrical needs.
