Update: They called about a bad review and asked to take it down. The lady on the phone was great and did her best to help resolve the issues. However, the damage was already done and I bumped it up to a 2 star for her being pleasant to work with. Got told an electrician would be out for an emergency call and would be able to fix it. They show up give me a $5000 estimate and charge me 295 for the visit. Then tell me they can’t do the work until the next day. Got told an electrician would be out for an emergency call and would be able to fix it. They show up give me a $5000 estimate and charge me 295 for the visit. Then tell me they can’t do the work until the next day. Then tell me my panel would not pass an inspection so I needed to get that replaced at well with a price tag of 7k. So in total with taxes nearly 13k. I Call another certified electrician and make the choice to go with out power for a few extra days.
