We definitely recommend Dr. Lozowski. He is personable and takes as much time as you need.
He is amazing and thorough. However, his office help is terrible. They insisted I owed $70 in co-payments, for which I paid cash. Thankfully I found my receipts and it was taken care of but they were literally harassing me at my appt about co-pays that I had already paid. Also, the wait time is ridiculous. At least an hour in the waiting room for ever visit. Sometimes, 2 hours.
I usually need him when I'm sick and don't have an appointment. He will always fit me in somehow. Nice guy and he listens. He treats me, my wife, and adult son. We are all very pleased. His staff is also exceptional in quickly responding to prescription renewals.
Dr. Lozowski is a very thorough and caring doctor. Answers all your questions in a timely fashion. Listens very carefully to what you are saying. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas Lozowski.
This doctor is terrible! My father was a patient of his. When he was admitted into the rehab that Dr. Lozowski runs - it was impossible to track the doctor down and get information about my father's illness. My mother and I called his office 8 separate times trying to find out about one problem my dad was having. There was NO response. No response. For shame.
long waiting room times (sometimes upwards of 2 hours of just WAITING!), crowded office, not enough staff to help keep things moving, same day is nearly impossible, credit card capability - uses Square, has a move-along mentality (go from pt to pt, not spending a lot of time...get to the point, neeeeext.....) Coverage isn't good either. There are 2 docs in the office and they cover for each other, so odds are, if your doc isn't on call, you'll get the other, who knows NOTHING about you.
