They did the work, but beware of sending deposit. I worked with John on creating and submitting a PPA. He did a great job and was very responsive and quick during the creation process and provided good edits to my PPA. However the agreement we made about payment was that I would send a deposit, he would do then do the work, then I would either get a refund if he had to do less work, or I would need to pay more if he did more work.
