Very thorough. I've sent him diagnosis from other doctor visits and he has always taken the time to discuss them with me. He has been the best doctor I've ever had. His staff are courteous and caring also.
horrible experience with office staff over a bill I wasn't aware I had until this month, in which I agreed to pay.during a phone conversation his nurse said I was coping an attitude. She said they were not trying to screw me outta my money. The more she talked the more enraged she got, and my response to her was mostly wow. I couldn't believe this nurse was representing dr. Boothe. Then she said she would refer me to someone else. She's like a dog without a leash.
