Dr. Bober is excellent. Highly recommend
Dr. Bober's program was excellent. Besides losing weight, his guidance and the tools he teaches you have enabled me to live a more healthy lifestyle while still being able to participate in life's events (e.g., holiday social events with friends and family). I also found that my energy level and sleep significantly improved. For folks looking to improve their health, especially long term, I highly recommend visiting Dr. Bober and learning more about his program and the support he offers.
So far with the help of Dr. Bober, I have lost 45 Lbs., and counting. He does an amazing job of explaining how to lose weight properly and motivating you to do so without the help of medication. My goal was to get off medication and with his help I am well on my way. If you want to lose weight and learn how to keep it off forever, this is the program for you. I cannot recommend Dr. Bober highly enough and I will be forever grateful for his help.
My weight loss journey has taken me many years of trial and error but I finally had success with Dr. Bober! Weight loss is never easy, however when given the right tools it is so rewarding!
