Did my will and directives. Very pleasant. He had everything done efficiently, very helpful and detailed.

Unavailableand does not return call in a reasonable time. Very rude and acts as if his time is more important than others. Doesn't listen just talks over you when you are speaking. After calling and leaving message five times in a week, he called while I was in the movie theater. I mentioned that I would have to get back with him because the movie was starting and he proceeded to set up an appointment rather than call back.
