I've been a patient at this office for more than 10 years, and truthfully, the care of the patient as a whole is garbage! I've never seen Dr. Thomas during my entire time as a patient, even when I had requested. Today was the final straw, Nurse practioner " Yocheved Schneider was very rude and unprofessional with the handling of my care. She refused to treat me with antibiotics for my respiratory infection. It is worst appointment system they have even they don’t have. I made appointment once I arrive they said you don’t.
There are three representatives at the front desk they have no clue what they are doing. We had appointments for today and once we get in they said there is no appointment
