I love this gym! I do the group classes, Not only are the workouts just planned out perfectly but it’s the people too. I’ve written reviews before about fort delco but right now I am experiencing an injury, arthritis in my knee and it’s so nice every time I go the coaches ask how your feeling and help you modify and they truly care! It’s like home away from home feeling, I can’t say enough about toms gym, it’s a very special place !!
