My 85 year old mother rents from this company’s senior housing called Brandon River facility in Idaho Falls. The management does not respond to problems these older folks have with their rentals. My mother has a renter above her that their dog pees on the deck which run inside my mother’s sliding door into her apartment causing a tremendous stink. Deceitful people run this place! They'll pretend to be good, but please... notice the red flags. Something will feel "off" with them. Follow your instincts and cut ties. The earlier the better!

Cracked Asbestos, no remediation until we call the EPA. Won't pay damages.

Had pretty good service with them for many years as our property managers. However, these last few months have not been good at all. They have been very unresponsive, and unhelpful - not returning emails or phone calls without repeated calls and emails. It has taken months to resolve the situation. Actually, it is still not resolved.
