The new management is awesome. I just went in to have my chain cleaned and fixed and the new owner is a goldsmith so it is fixed on the spot. While waiting of course I found a beautiful ring that I just had to have. It was sized right there and was able to walk away with it same day. He's honest and pleasant to chat with. Highly recommend! He can also bring a custom design to life, the last couple of visits really impressed me
The best jewellery in Chilliwack
I brought my wedding ring in to make a smaller size. My ring was not the normal sizing. There is a puzzle ring already melted together for strength. But then i added two more rings via a Jacket style. The two rings did not sit flat prior to the sizing. Now both rings sit properly and the sizing method was a unique idea and worked for me. The new owners of Thomas Jewellers are very friendly, and helpful. They helped me to purchase a beautiful diamond ring, rhodium plate my old ring and clean my other rings. As well, they were very: quick, skilled, knowledgeable and the type of people I would trust with my jewellery. I also must mention they have 25% off right now. My experience was very positive and worth checking out their service!
I just went into Thomas Designer Jewellers this morning to drop off a ring to have resized, and one ring that needed to be repaired. Not only was it the cheapest price I had found in town, BUT both rings were done only a couple hours later!!! I was so surprised to get a call shortly after dropping them off, to tell me they were ready to be picked up!!! And the workmanship was amazing!
