They do not honor scheduled appointment times. Be ready to show up on time and have to wait at least an hour, just to be seen. This happened more than once. Time to find another dentist! :(

This company targets certain individuals and has them wait longer even though they are at the top of the list. All other customers were called in prior to me despite being before them. This is not the first time this has happened to me and my girlfriend. Waited over an hour to be seen and was never seen. This is how empty the office was. wouldn’t suggest this location to those who feel they may be targeted for any reasons they have been targeted in the past.

I scheduled a cleaning in December for January 2025. Got to my appointment, and waited 45 minutes. Once back, the lady doing my X-rays was nice but lacked experience. And at that moment learned that no dental hygienist was available for my scheduled cleaning. I rescheduled for March 21st at 11:15. On March 20, Robin called and confirmed the appointment for the next day being the 21st. March 21st at 10:45 I get a text from the one dental hygienist stating that my appointment is at 11:00 and that they close at 12:00 pm on Frid... read more

Dr Marsden has helped me many times. He is very knowledgeable and will work out an agreeable plan. I really like him.

They have now called twice to reschedule my appointment, this time less than 24 hours out when I’ve taken time off from my job to make the first “reschedule” work. The lady on the phone was very dismissive both times, and just said the dentist has decided to go out of town, or decided to leave early that day. Super unprofessional; save yourself the hassle here and keep looking.
